Marlow Navigation has embraced the concept of quality management and quality assurance rather than viewing it as a necessary evil. We see it as a tool that helps us achieve our aims, namely to satisfy our clients' expectations and to uphold and exceed international standards and requirements.
Over the years we have continued upgrading our quality management system aiming at the top international standards and today we hold the ISO 9001:2000 certification as well as the ISO 14001:2004 which focuses on the protection of the environment both ashore as well as onboard our full management container vessels.
At the moment in an effort to further improve the quality standards upheld by the company the Tanker Management Self Assessment (TMSA) guidelines are being implemented in the company's quality management system.
